One day, back in 1980, a young Yerevan couple Ripsik and Artak decided to leave the hustle and bustle of the city and start their own business in a beautiful and peaceful Vardenis. They started building a guest house, but they didn't have much financial resources, and they had to do everything on their own. They spent days and nights working on the construction site, trying to make everything better and more beautiful. When the guest house was ready, Ripsik and Artak faced a problem.they decided to start a small business and agreed with a city restaurant that food for guests would be delivered directly to the guest house. They also created a beautiful garden with fruit trees and beautiful flowers to create a cozy atmosphere for guests.every year the number of guests in the guest house of Ripsik and Artak increases. Guests enjoyed a wonderful view of the mountains, walks in the garden, as well as clean and cozy rooms.
The guest house has become a favorite holiday destination in Vardenis . Today, more than 40 years later, Ripsik and Artak's Guest House still welcomes guests. Each room in the guest house has been renovated and equipped with everything for a comfortable stay.
